Funded by event revenues and other generous gifts, these small grants (up to $500) are donated to projects of Altamont non-profit organizations that align with ACT’s mission of historic preservation and/or strengthening the village community through engaging activities. The deadline for applications is now March 1. Successful applicants will be notified by April 15.
In the past, ACT has supported the Altamont Archives, Museum in the Streets, and historic renovations to the Masonic Hall. In 2020 we donated to the Altamont Free Library, the Altamont Fair history project, the Altamont Reformed Church, the Altamont Elementary School PTA, the Altamont Food Pantry, and St. John’s Lutheran Church.
